Excellent product and service from Clera. Steve and his installers (Alex, Emen + team) were helpful and simplified the entire process from start to finish. Installation was completed in one day (very hardworking team - we had 11 windows in total!), and clean up was taken care of for us as well. I appreciate the care that they put into protecting our floors! We're loving our new windows, particularly the retractable screens.

John and his son Andre are true professionals from beginning to end! I would 100% recommend their services because they were on time, courteous, and immediately ready to work (shoe covers on, uniforms in check, and tool kits ready). We have renovated our entire house from top to bottom and have come across many different tradespeople but none have ever been as professional as Dima Plumbing. John is experienced and knowledgeable and it shows not just in his designation as Master Plumber, but also in his work. He told us exactly what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, which was greatly appreciated. We had bought an expensive shower head kit for replacement but John even helped us save money by telling us which parts we didn't need (for which we returned) and which parts to subsequently get instead which saved us over $100!
