The service and the customer service are first class. We called Roman O early this morning. He got right back to us in a few minutes, and we booked an appointment for a re-key and duplicates. He showed up right in the time window. Very friendly. Super-efficient worker. Even checked our door hinges to be sure the deadbolt was just right. I would recommend this excellent locksmith and wish him every success. We have already scanned his card for safekeeping. Thanks, Roman!
