Snow Removal review in

Always late and making excuses when other companies remove snow before them. There is 15cm of snow, 2pm and still no service. Will not renew contract with them next year.

It didn't not stop snowing until late last evening. We started at 11 am, made a first pass. You are at the 'end of the route'......it's simply a matter of timing. Graders and where you fall on the route. I will look at your address and see what can be adjusted if nothing.
