Snow Removal review in

I am new to the service. the first snowfall they missed me altogether and I had to bring it to their attention even after I did they didn't show up for a number of days and I did most of the clearing. after this last snowfall they did come in after it was finished and then they came late. Then even though their email said they would come the next day and if we moved our cars they would clear everything they didn't show. I think I have wasted my money and will still be shovelling myself this winter. I would not recommend them.

Again Brian, you signed up just before a storm, last minute, we're told that you 'may be missed' because stakes couldn't be put up in time for the snow.
