Horrible Service in Barrhaven Area
The service this year has been horrible. I will not recommend this company in Barrhaven as the snow removal service is extremely poor and customer service is the worst. I feel that they have taken on more than what they can handle. The driveways on my street were not cleared for three days. I eventually ended up cleaning my driveway on my own. I hired this company to provide the snow shoveling services due to health reasons. They take my hard earned money and do not provide the services promised. I recommend going with another company. I for sure will be doing that next year.

Driveways WERE cleared immediately. You are referring to 'city sidewalk plows' that came through your street 3 days AFTER then storm ended.
Few companies if any return for these small piles .
