There have been about 6 snow events and they haven’t even shown up after three of them. Hey constantly email telling their customers to stop complaining and only email once. Don’t call. Don’t be angry.
They rarely if ever bother replying to emails. They NEVER apologize for not showing up. Been customers of Appleseed which turned into Metro for nearly 8 years. This will be our last.

We have in fact cleared your property each=h and every time. Just not as fast as you expect us to be there for you. I do reply to each and every email. Sending many emails simply puts your emails in. Spam/Spoofing file and are not received. Ive stated this to customers many times but they insist on emailing every hour over and over again.
Use the 'Issue Ticket; system suggested and things are resolved;bed much quicker during events.
