Snow Removal review in

There was a storm over night Sunday and snow continued into Monday. It is now Wednesday and my driveway has not been cleared. I have emailed and received no acknoledgement from the company. I have called and the mailbox is full and not accepting new messages

All drives were in fact cleared yet some streets had late City Graders go though some areas or simply missed streets completely.'all should be resolved now.
