Received an email by the owner asking to write a review. Here it goes....
I would have to say metro was the WORST organization I have dealt with. I went with them for snow removal service and was completely dissatisfied both years. Will never go back with them. I explained to them that I have health issues and cannot be stuck with a pile of snow in my driveway. Our street was missed more than once. They were always the last company to clear the driveways on our street by hrs. Sometimes well over 12 hrs. I would have to send multiple emails with very few replies and if I did get replies. The answer was the drivers are really busy and need breaks also the owner would send condescending or belittling responses. I beleive they took on to many contracts and worked the drivers too hard. They removed the driveway markers many days before the end of the contract. I can go on and on how frustrating this company is to deal with. Once they have your money they don't give a crap about you. Never answer their phones during snow days. Good luck if you plan on going with them. All I can say is for the two years was with them (last and the year before) it was a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience.

I asked ALL customers to write reviews good or bad. This is how we improve and measure ourselves. Sorry you weren't pleased.
Ps: if no snow is predicted is it not unreasonable to get the stakes out early? For your benefit really as you can start on your yard work. Seems petty and irrelevant to me when the stakes are pulled? Oh well
