We have have Metro Snow and Ice for two winter seasons now and we are very satisfied. Good consistent service, good cleaning of snow plow dumps, and efficient.
Two minor issues:
1. Sunday mornings - I work on Sunday mornings, and need a plowed driveway by 8:30 am that day. Not a day off for me.
2. De-icing - last year we subscribed to the brining program, and it happen to happen only twice rather than the season. We signed up again, going it will be significantly better (we had the small flag and everything).
