Metro Snow & Ice Management

I have used Metro Snow Removal Services (previously known as Appleseed) for approx 5 years. Outside of one little glitch in the first year I have had no problems with this company. Our driveway is always cleared behind the car very early in the morning so we can get out to work. Driver returns later in the day to completely clear the driveway. A few times last Winter the SUV windows were all iced up and the driver waited patiently while we de-iced enough to move out into the street. Little gestures like this are appreciated. The first driver we had last year was not efficient and he was quickly replaced when the office was
notified. The first snowstorm of the year poses a challenge for the drivers as they get organized but thereafter it seems to go well. I would recommend this company.
