Snow Removal review in Ottawa

Sorry for the long title, it was meant to be short. At first the removal was late and I had to sent a note. The next three snow falls the driver missed us completely. That I could not understand. Anyway as the season progressed, the service was good. I actually benefitted big time from the brining. Thank you.

Thanks so much for such an honest review Andrea. Yes, sometimes drivers need to be moved around to different routes to better adjust but everything usually settles in after a few storms. again many thanks.
