Poor customer service and late or no show
I have been with the company since Appleseed, who had provided excellent service; prompt service, and there was someone to talk to at the office. I also personally talked to Ken to understand the routes, and he was very good. Now, the name has changed to Metro and expanded to become one of the worst service providers in town. My driveway was missed several times last winter, and I left voice mails and sent emails. I was professional on messages, since Ken insist on being nice. All of them were conveniently ignored and I had to shovel my driveway to get out couple of times last winter. The phone always goes to the answering machine and I guess Metro was understaffed to handle the volume of customers with the expansion. Last week, I got an email asking me to provide positive feedback, and in my opinion, it is is very unethical request from the owner Ken, the owner.
