We have been using Ken Dale and his team at Metro Snow and Ice for many years, and would strongly recommend them.

Their snow removal service is first rate. Ken and his team know the meaning of customer service.

They advise you of their plans for each snow event and review and revise and communicate their plans to you as the event occurs.

They are also innovative in their field, but the main things, they are reliable, service oriented and affordable.

I have had this service for a number of years now. Over this period they have never failed to show up. They try to inform you when the tractor will show up but sometimes this is not received.
The only issue with this is that I would use this information on when to go out and remove the snow from the front of my garage.
They have always showed up which is what I contracted for and the notifications are a nice to have.

I have been with Metro Snow and Ice Management (and its former name) for close to 10 years now. I have been satisfied of the snow removal work every year. They are very professional in their interactions with the client, keep us up to date in a timely manner during storms and they do a great job at snow removal!
My father was a snow removal guy where I grew up, so I knew what I wanted and what I should expect. I have not been disappointed.

Ken Dale has a very professional staff who take pride in doing a job well. His new tractors that take the snow out of the driveway are an immense improvement . There is no spring meltdown of a huge pile of dirty snow at the end of the driveway which is awesome. In our case, the laneway is shared and even when the car next door didn't get moved when requested, our side was clean as a whistle when the operator was finished . It is was a strange year for snowfalls with nothing and then 30 centimeters in a 24 hour time frame once or twice in a week or so.. Metro handled it with ease and any issues that arose were addressed

Third year with Metro. they provided the best service ever. It could take long time to express how happy i am with their offered services. i totally recommend Metro to all. can't wait to enjoy the snow !!!

Always timely. Right behind the city plow in most cases. Never got caught with a snow bank for any length of time. Since we are retired we use the car many times during the day and we never had problems with getting out of our driveway. Even when the snow bank was small it was still removed in a good time frame.

We have been long time customers and have been very pleased with the service provided. We are kept informed of plans for clearing of an upcoming snow storm as well as during the storm. No significant damage has been done. Office staff have always been cordial and co-operative.

I have been with Metro for 3 years. I'm a single woman with back issues and they have been a life saver. My driveway was always plowed in the morning and I leave the house by 6:30 am. I have never had an issue after snow storms. I have no complaints.

We have been customers of Metro Snow and Ice for about 8 years. They provide prompt and thorough snow clearing when there is a weather event that delivers more than 5cm of snow. Any issues that we have ever brought to the company’s attention have always been dealt with very efficiently. Their use of a GPS tracking system on the tractors provides an excellent service so the homeowner knows when the clearing will take place. I would recommend Metro to anyone.

Although there were slip-ups in clearing pathway to house after major snowstorms, situation was corrected fairly promptly when company notified. The plowing of laneway was always neat and tidy - neighbours didn't complain and others asked about my customer satisfaction.
