I had Metro from 2014 til spring 2019. The service started out well, but has deteriorated. But what bothered me perhaps more than the poor service was the reaction of the company to complaints. The owner discounts his complaints (see his responses to other poor reviews!)
This past winter was the pits. A couple of my issues: (a) I live in a townhouse. To clear the whole driveway, the driver needs to make 2 passes. But instead, they only did one pass down the middle. The rest of the season, anyone parking in my driveway could not get out of the driver's side (because it got bad when I was out of town, and I couldn't fix by shovel after I returned, as it had hardened. A pass with the tractor could have resolved it). I complained and nothing was done. (b) I was missed, a number of times, when neighbors were cleared all around me. I complained, and he sent a driver back 3 days later... how is that helpful? Oh - and when the driver came back, (s)he didn't address the outstanding complaint about the part of my driveway not being done. Those were my big issues.
