Quick to estimate costs, everything was done in less than 1 day including clean up. Yard was very tidy after their work and it looks great. Came in exactly on budget, was understanding of my condo bylaws requiring a specific color and style of single. Upgraded ventilation, roof is better than it ever was. Very pleased.
