A plumber replaced a leaky water shutoff in our basement. Unfortunately there was water damage to the wall. He recommended Zoltan, so I called him. Within an hour Gabor showed up to take a look. He outlined what needed to be done and gave me a quote.
That afternoon, he returned and set up the drying equipment. Within two weeks, Zoltan came to repair the damage to the wall, and install a new access hatch. We are very pleased with their work, and found them both excellent to deal with. Thank you.

We recently used the services of United Water Restoration for an emergency containment situation in our basement.

The project lead was onsite within 2 hours. He arranged for a containment team to clean up and disinfect the contaminated areas in the basement. They cleared furniture and personal affects away from the affected area. They brought in air fans and dehumidifier equipment. All were very professionally and efficient while ensuring adherence to heath and safety standards.

We would like to personally compliment the project lead who walked us through in detail, the process from containment to full restoration. They provided a detailed restoration services plan including photo evidence and the bill of materials to our insurance partner for our home insurance claim.

His Team was consistently professional, thorough, quick and provided quality workmanship to the final basement repair and restoration. They patiently answered every question (we had lots of questions!) and responded to any concerns in a timely manner. We are completely satisfied with the final outcome.

After a toilet leaked and damaged our living room ceiling Gabor and his team came in and did a great job getting rid of the moisture and then doing the repairs. Very reliable and did great work. I would recommend.

March 2019 we experienced a rainwater flood in our finished basement. This area was my daughter's livingroom/bedroom which needed to be repaired. Zsolt came when he promised to review the damage, provide a quote and started the work when promised. His team was reliable, efficient and the work was well done. Zsolt went beyond by helping with rebuilding the bed frame and assisting with moving the furniture back into the area. I would highly recommend him and his team.

We were very pleased with the quality of work done by this company on an insurance-covered job. Gabor was always obliging and ready to help. Their tradesmen were also excellent.
It took a little longer than we might have wished, but the results were worth it.

4 or 5 days after we listed our condo for sale, we had a buyer and agreed on the selling price. The next day we noticed we had water damage caused by a backed up vent. Zsolt arrived the next day and was able to access damage which we could disclose to the new buyer before the closing. Even though we ended up having to pay damage because it was caused by us, it was nice to have Zsolt assure us the extent of damage and sometimes going through this unexpected surprise, it was nice to have someone as helpful as Zsolt on your side. In the spring we had a flooded basement caused by a collapsed city sewer drain. Our plumber suggested we call United Water. Once contacted, United made arrangements to immediately start the clean up progress. Gabor was consistently professional, reliable, diligent and responsive to any concerns voiced.
