I had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom which came through the kitchen ceiling. The team was excellent to repair the damage, and there was an excellent turnaround time. They took great care to prevent drywall dust from getting all over the rest of my home. The ceiling looks perfect, and it wasn't a headache at all. Very kind, polite, careful workers too. Great attention to detail.

A large hole in our ceiling was caused by a leaking pipe from the bathroom above the kitchen. United Water Restoration Group did an excellent job in repairing the ceiling. The workmen were meticulous.

In November 2021, United Water Restoration was quick to respond & did a very good job in dealing with a leak from an upstairs bathroom into the ceiling area of the dining room. The UWR team did an assessment of potential areas of water damage, exposed the area within the ceiling where the leak was detected & used their equipment to dry the area out over several days to mitigate the leak & minimize any further potential area of water damage.
I was very pleased with the work performed & quick response, along with the removal of materials & subsequent clean-up done in the dining room.
The UWR team was appropriately masked throughout the assessment & work done within the home following their covid protocols, along with being appropriately masked during all consultations with the homeowner as this work was done during the pandemic.

Insurance had a number of requirements and hoops to jump through. The team at UW Resto was there along the whole way and provided all documents insurance required.

Zsolt was the PM here and was available to text, call anytime - Great individual, he was onsight within hours of contact and didnt stray from any questions, rather he encouraged asking questions. In the end, insurance had a recommended vendor and after evaluating both, we stuck with UW.

The second part was the time to be aware of as we had tenants to repair prior to them showing up where the only delay was caused by insurance. The team here at UW pushed through this project with ease.

Due to water damage, our basment had extensive damage on the walls and floors. United Water Restoration was quick (came the same day I called), tore down all the damaged areas neatly, worked well with the insurance company and rebuild everything quickly. It was a stressful in the beginning but the company took care of everything. I did not have to worry about anything. I felt they were honest and also I was happy with their reliable and prompt communication. I would

He called the plumber and his crew and they arrived in half hour and stopped the leak and started to work right away. Zsolt explained the whole process very clearly. I called Atlas home care to unblock a sewage line. The removal of the blockage was accomplished but a portion of the snake broke off and was left in the sewer line. The cement floor in the basement had to be broken up to retrieve the snake and replace a portion of the sewer line. The tear down and replacement of drywall, flooring, and cabinetry was accomplished efficiently, carefully, and with great attention to detail. I was very happy with the results and would strongly recommend your company.
