Overall the team is... Phenomenal I initially engaged with CJ on the phone, he was straight to the point, understood my current sitation and was willing to flex to meet the needs of the project. Timeline: - Called on the 13th - CJ scoped the project on the 14th - Driveway installed on the 15th (Within budget) The team showed up, full house - steamroller, 6 guys, bobcat When we initially started talking about the driveway, CJ pointed out that the wood framing around the driveway was also not looking too good and offered to go to the local Homedepot to pick up some extra 4x4, we agreed and he went to grab them at cost... When the team began the work, it was noticable how many driveways they have done. All properly coordinated, noone sitting around not doing anything, everyone knew what to do and would keep the job flowing. If you have any questions, take a full stop and just ask CJ. Submitted request at 9am. Within 3 minutes I recieved a call. Appt 4 hours later scheduled for tv mounting with metal studs. 30 minutes into install, all done. Great experience and will use again.

4 months, not to achieve installation - three failed service visits - no contact from the sales rep - lacking customer service, transfers, holds, escalation is non existent I cannot understand how there are such high reviews here, unless i just hit the bottom of the barrel. for a full, water heater, ac, furnace install the amount i have had to chase is unacceptable, just take my money and do it! For some context, first service visit was to see the feasibility of a tankless water tank and it was confirmed that they cannot install due to proper ventillation (makes complete sense) - sent to sales rep to make quote changes - no changes for weeks, follow ups made through escalation channels, texts and wont answer his phone - changes made weeks later - another technician comes in to review an electric water heater install, gives the thumbs up - fast forward weeks for installation and they send a technician instead - says the electric wont work anymore - back to sales rep - no contact - Now we are months into the process with what seems to be a disorganized mess and we still dont have an install what is with the lack of consistancy for something that should easily be documented

Bathroom + Living room resto - Team was timely, responsive and professional - Work was done well - always available - done quickly Insurance had a number of requirements and hoops to jump through. The team at UW Resto was there along the whole way and provided all documents insurance required. Zsolt was the PM here and was available to text, call anytime - Great individual, he was onsight within hours of contact and didnt stray from any questions, rather he encouraged asking questions. In the end, insurance had a recommended vendor and after evaluating both, we stuck with UW. The second part was the time to be aware of as we had tenants to repair prior to them showing up where the only delay was caused by insurance. The team here at UW pushed through this project with ease. Would use them again
