Lorray will give you the impression he can complete major home renovations however its the opposite. Lorray will make you feel very comfortable with his public relation skills to entice you as the homeowner to give him the job.Thats the mistake we made we lost a major amount of money when he walked away from our home reno. It was a bit late for us to realize our mistake. He cannot do a standup shower the trades he uses is not professionals. His constant excuses for the work delays is unbelievable. Imagine his guys was using paper instructions to install a kitchen we never ordered. In his price we asked for a custom kitchen instead we got a home depot box kitchen. The standup shower we requested he had no idea as to how to complete. He walked away from the site we had to hire a new contractor to completely regut and redo. He told us 2 months ,3 months into the work he was still onsite every time we questioned him believe me he will always have an answer for u.Paint touch ups, minor work he can perform. Do not give him any major projects involving your kitchen, tiles and painting. He pretends to be this big project manager constantly having meetings with his "staff"who are not professionals in any trades. As the homeowner u have all rights to question the work he takes offense to that indicating "u are disturbing my crew from doing their work".There is a lot more i can say but i will close by saying whenever he is questioned his famous response will always be """its the process"".Do not get comfortable with his calm demeanor because its deceiving its just to make u comfortable so he can get the job.
