Matt and Ben run a very efficient operation allowing them to charge 30% less than other contractors without compromising on quality. I enjoyed working with Matt and Ben so much that I'm kind of sad that it is over. I really enjoyed coming home from work to see the substantial progress made every single day. I have nothing but the highest praise for these two gentlemen and the wonderful trades people they employ.

They were extremely organized and prompt. No hidden fees or charges. Beautiful finishing and within the timeframe. I would strongly recommend the Basement Builders to anyone.

I know have a ultimate man cave thanks to Matt and Ben. Saturday night hockey is even better know with my ultimate basement thanks boys. The wife loves it also :)

Matt and Ben were very professional and delivered on their promises. The craftsmanship of the framing was phenomenal. There were a couple issues but they were dealt with promptly and effectively. We were very satisfied with the end product at a reasonable price.

We interviewed 6 different contractors, but selected Matthew and Ben because in the initial meeting it was clear they were knowledgeable and experienced. Their pricing is very fair and the final quality is excellent. We have a bronze package basement with additional pot lights. The issues which arose during renovation were dealt with promptly. Both of them are very responsive. The trades were exceptional. My wife and baby son were at home during the renovations and they were comfortable.

Basement Builders were very helpful from the initial design stage right through to completion. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail by all the subtrades was outstanding. Everyone took the time to ensure the worksite was cleaned at the end of the day, were courteous and took pride in their work. Mathew and Ben took the time to understand our needs, and any issues were quickly addressed. They weren't satisfied until we were. The work was completed within the budget and expected timeline. Myself and my husband were checking renovation companies on line to see if we could get a quote on doing our basement. We came across the Basement builders website and I must admit it was a great website that gave a really good insight to the company so I called Basement builders to inquire about developing our basement, I spoke with Matt and told him what we were looking for and what our budget was for this project. He was very transparent about there procedures and what to expect during the renovation and the selection process. We called some other companies just to shop around before we made our final decision and we found that Basement builders were the best fit for our renovation. Matt and Ben came out to our house to start the process from that day to the completion of the job it was a truly great experience. They were on time on budget,besides some upgrades that we added on. Me and my husband would and will recommend this company to our friends or anyone we know that is looking for there Basement to be renovated.
