Ed was very prompt, professional, tidy and nice. He and his apprentice installed two Nest thermostats which were both atypical installations; one for a heat pump / electric furnace /central air conditioner, and the other for a Gas furnace. If there were any headaches, he didn't let me know- another great quality in a contractor.
