No pressure, was a calming experience.
I dread calling plumbing and Heating Companies. It always end up a $1000 or more out of my pocket. My furnace broke down a few days ago and I called one of the first ads I saw online. The company came out a few hours later and tried to charge me 3400 to rebuild my furnace. I was kinda shocked and did not have that kinda cash at the moment. There diagnostic and service charge cost me $350. I was so frustrated but I needed a second opinion I found these guys online and with there reviews decided to take a gamble and hope they could help for a reasonable cost.
Richard came out within the hour and his helper Colton. Richard had the issue fixed within a hour. He actually took out a meter and started pulling the furnace apart.checking different components. He quickly found the problem. It was a sooted flame sensor, I asked him to replace my glowing rod that makes the furnace light as I know these need replacement every few years. I paid less for his diagnostic time and parts then the other company I called and he was on the level. He also cleaned out the furnace for me with a compressor and didn't charge extra. I cannot begin to explain the relief I felt that I didn't have to spend 3400 to fix a less that $300 Issue.
The lady who took the call was very nice and very clear on the phone.
