Rock Solid Supply

I have been a builder for 48 years and only discovered this jewel of a company this year. Their service, price and quality are 5 star. Their millwork is made from "real wood" and will stand the test of time. I have purchased 8 bathroom sets for 2 custom homes and I plan on using them for all future projects

The vanity seems to be made well however the counter top (white quartz) stains easily and shows all fingerprints like dirt and very difficult to clean. It’s like it wasn’t sealed properly. Cabinet drawers and door are slightly misaligned. This doesn’t affect function but top drawer touches on one side and leaves a gap on other when closed. It’s visible and annoying aesthetically. One of 5 knobs was a different colour than rest. Wanted oil rubbed bronze. One was black. Replacement knob took months and is completely wrong colour- almost gold/brass. Medicine cabinet quality is terrible! Mirror door is all cracked on back so mirror can’t sit in securely. Top trim is cracked too. Scratch on front of medicine cabinet door. Door is crooked from cabinet and couldn’t not adjust hinges to make straight.

Won't refund your money! Horrible wait times, Says product is in stock, then it ends up on back order. Had to wait 2 months to get my vanity! I will not be recommending. In fact avoid at all costs.

Through Bath Emporium in Markham, we purchased double and single vanities with counters and sinks from Rock Solid. We were attracted by the quality -- dovetail drawer joinery -- and the timeless design of their Shaker line. Prices are a good deal lower than U.S. made cabinetry, and we support jobs in Ontario. We have been pleased with their products, and the firm quickly exchanged a medicine cabinet that had been scratched. Highly recommended!
