My flat roof had a drainage problem and Perry advised me the proper way that it should have been sloped. He repaired my flat roof which is a carport attached to my house, and he also inspected my roof and did some minor repairs. Perry was very knowledgeable and trustworthy - I am very HAPPY with the work done.

After having found a surprise hole in our flat roof while demolishing an old deck, we were understandably panicked, especially given it was the start of what is forecasted to be an extremely rainy week. Perry was able to come in and provide a quote the very next day. And even with another quote we received, we thought he was the most up-front and reasonably priced. He was also able to fit us in the only day it was not raining this week and therefore probably prevented further deterioration. My husband and I are pleased with the work that was done. We were particularly impressed with Perry's professionalism, turnaround time and value for the money. I would definitely call him again if we ever need future roofing work.

I had ice in my downspout and a subsequent leak. I had problems even getting anyone to come out and quote on the job. Perry not only came out, he assessed the situation, took pictures of the problem, explained the problem using his photos and did the repairs. He was courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Perry installed a couple of turbine vent whirlybirds last year. After some high winds one of them became loose. He followed through with his warranty on his work and came the next day to replace it at no charge. I am very happy with his work and his professional service. Great job Assured Quality!

Perry has done a thorough job with the down spout of my eavestrough. He sealed the corners of the eavestrough to prevent leakages. He is very detailed in his work and gives proper advice about any projected issues. He is very prompt with attending his calls and is punctual with his visits.
