Assured Quality Roofing and Eavestroughs

The fact that I am giving Perry full marks, speaks volumes, because it took me quite a while to nail him down and finally get the job done. That being said, when we first me I was impressed by his apparent honesty and integrity and was prepared to wait until he could get to the job. That did take a long time and was very frustrating, however it ultimately got done very professionally and cost effectively. Perry was clear from the outset that we didn't need a new roof (unlike Jack Atlas Roofing), just some repairs made to area's of original shoddy workmanship. Its been pouring rain for the past day and no sign of leaks. Highly recommend (if you can nail him down).

Perry was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He always clearly explained when I had questions. In the beginning I just wanted to change the shingles, but he suggested that the plywood needed to be changed too. I am glad that I accepted his advice when I saw the old plywood from my roof. The cost on the plywood is reasonable and I think that the money that I spent on plywood was really worthful. Appreciate Perry for the advice based on his experience. Finally, he and his crews had done a very professional job. I am willing and going to recommend Perry and his company to my friends. Here I would like to highly recommend this company.

I want to recommend Perry, the owner of Assured Quality Roofing, for his honesty, his quick response and for explaining my options to me - with my best interest in mind.

New roof including plywood... Perry is the owner. As a single mom who was really worried because after a terrible storm I lost so many shingles, talking to Perry I realized I was talking to a professional who highly cares about his client situation and wasn't thinking about making money. He did a quick temporary fix and then a great professional job, replacing plywood and shingles. I have already referred him to some friends and will keep doing it, because he's very genuine and professional and does a great job no matter if the client understands or not or even can see what's up there but you can trust that he'd do his job very well. Perry did my roof back in May, and I'm very much happy with his job.

It is comforting as a homeowner knowing there is someone I can always count on. Perry/Assured Roofer is that. He has been my roofer for at least 15 years. He is a man of his word. He is competent and dependable and that is rare these days.

Last year Perry was the only one to bail us out when we were stuck with a leaky roof in a storm. He is very passionate about his trade and opened up a whole new world of different advantages and disadvantages in the way of doing things... customizing the solution to our problems at a very reasonable price. We have foolishly called him twice since then, assuming that flying shingles were ours etc. He always responded promptly, with a smile. His customer care and patience apart from the all important expertise and experience is unequaled. This company...the best choice we ever made.

Perry and his crew were outstanding! They worked efficiently and cleaned up the yard as if they were never there. The flat roof has a moisture membrane now and another layer of gravel. Good for another 30-35 years PLUS clean eavestrough with screening so I dont need to bother with them again! They whole crew was easy going and great at explaining what they were doing. Courteous enough to bring me up and show me the before and after of their work. Highly recommend for price, ease of dealing with them and their high quality of work. Perry was always quick to respond during the quoting process. He clearly explained our options and took pictures to show us what work needed to be done and what didn't. He didn't try to sell us more than what was needed. The price was fair, scheduling of the work prompt, his team was thorough and courteous. The roof looks great!

I have lived in my house for over 14 years.
The original builder was Tribute. All of the houses have balconies.
Tribute did a lousy job with the balconies.

During the past 5 years I have had 2 other companies try and fix the balcony. Both of them did a lousy job.

Finally, I called Perry at Assured Quality Roofing.
HE WAS FAST, EXPERIENCED AND DID EXCELLENT WORK FOR A FAIR PRICE.

He completed the work within one week of me calling him.
Perry even came back a couple of times to do some finishing touches so that everything looked great.
