Sergey and his coworker did a great job and were able to get my drain working again!

I felt Sergey was very methodical in checking exactly which pipe was blocked, using a camera and a sensor to identify the exact location, accessing the pipe behind the drywall, and then using a snake and a high pressure water jetter to clear the pipe of the large build up. They cleaned up everything and really surpassed my expectations.

In my opinion, from my interactions with them, I found them to be very straight forward, honest, very good at their jobs, and willing to go the extra mile to do what they have to do. There was even a complication involving a fixed shelving unit in my house that was blocking their access to the pipe, and they made no issue about disassembling it and then reassembling it and cleaning up after. I was very impressed at the level of service I received from them!
