I had a leak from the chase space that housed my old cast-iron plumbing stack. The biggest problem was that it was buried behind my furnace with very little space. I set up an appointment with Tornado Plumbing to take a look and give me a quote. The gentleman was very flexible to my schedule, spent time to determine the exact source of the problem, and discussed ways that could make the repair/replacement more affordable. The quote was very reasonable and to avoid extra costs in moving the furnace, they sent a smaller individual who was able to fit in the restricted space more easily. The repair was done efficiently and the guys cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again.
