Tornado Plumbing & Drains

We used Tornado Plumbing three times this year. One larger and two smaller jobs. Each time was an excellent experience. The team always arrived on time, were professional and did fantastic work. They are also very competitively priced. Customer service is outstanding. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any type of plumbing needs.

Summary of the service --> Yesterday I called Serhiy. on short notice. and asked if he could stop by my Hamilton home to inspect a clogged below-grade drain pipe; he quickly accepted and made the trek all the way from the Toronto area into Hamilton in short time. To remedy the clogged drain, Serhiy proceeded to snake the drain and remove some roots that had penetrated the clay pipe. . In addition. for good measure, he followed up with a camera inspection to determine the current integrity of the pipe.
Afterthoughts --> I am very pleased with the service that Serhiy provided to me: He is reliable - he made the one hour trip into Hamilton with a short response time; He provided an effective service that cleared my drain right away; he is knowledgeable / tech savvy- he was able to explain what he was doing and even went as far s to text me pics / video of the inside of the drainage pipe. Pretty cool stuff; and, I want to stress that he is quite cost effective and fair with his pricing- he billed me a very, very fair price considering the fact that he had driven all the way over from Toronto

I rate Serhiy and the team at Tornado as an 11 on a scale of 1 to 10! This is the second time that I have used them for exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation services. They are responsive, experienced, professional, hard working with excellent customer service! They took the stress out of my stressful foundation repair situation! I highly recommend this company!

Troy did an amazing job for us. Kitchen sink backed up, and we tried everything (all the easy tricks) to no avail. Tornado came in same day and successfully diagnosed the issue. He came back next day and went above and beyond (including a few extras that we never even asked for, but were very valuable add ons), finishing the job right on time and budget. Great experience with this entire company, even with the head office contact who helped book us in quickly and efficiently (great response time from Mike as well throughout). Highly recommend, and they've now become our go-to for anything plumbing related.

Had my toilet replaced by Tornado Plumbing and Drains. Serhiy and Mike arrived on time, were very friendly and most importantly, did a a great job in a short period of time. They made sure everything was cleaned up and all garbage was taken away. And at a very reasonable price (less than $300) Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Serhiy and his crew arrived within a few hours of us discovering our sewage backup. They assessed the situation and determined they would have to excavate after attempting other solutions.
The crew returned with 4 men the next day and worked diligently and efficiently. The 9 foot hole was neatly dug and refilled very neatly upon completion of the job.
All men on site were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

I was so pleased with the service from Tornado Plumbing. Sergei answered my email on a Friday night, booked an app't to quote on Monday and to our surprise completed the work the same day! As he was unable to find replacement parts, he cleaned & repaired our taps, saving us money; they both work very well now.

As a bonus he tightened a grab bar in the shower that was loose.

I think we are very lucky to have found this company and will recommend them to my friends.
