We had a badly clogged drain and the Tornado rep arrived quickly and was honest and efficient, provided us with a few options on the fix and also gave us some advice on future work we need done - we’ll be calling them back!

Third time we had a sewer back-up in our basement over several years. We kept snaking the drain but Serhiy had warned us that the sewer pipe needed replacement (we initially chose to ignore him, to our peril). Serhiy and his team came when he said they would come. They completed the job the same day. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies and, having used Tornado Plumbing in the past, we were very pleased to once again have prompt, efficient service with a great price. Serhiy and his team know what they're doing. They're experienced, prompt and well priced. I would recommend them to anyone!!

We called Tornado plumbing late this afternoon, and Sergio was able to come out only a couple of hours later. He was masked, professional, and understood his craft well. He snaked our kitchen drain in under 40 min (the last plumber a year ago took over an hour) and cleaned up after himself. Very reasonably priced, too. I asked if I could specifically get Sergio’s info to hire him again*, but he told me not to worry- everyone at Tornado Plumbing and Drains was amazing.

I hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I’m calling these guys!

*I wasn’t trying to ask Sergio out, I swear! (My boyfriend was in the room!)

They quickly came and did the job. Absolutely no hassle and no complaints from us. Effie ent and thorough workmanship. Also gave advise about winter maintenance and fixed our garden hose.

Great outfit. Fixed the plumbing smartly and found a problem with my sump pump I didn't even know about. Fixed that gratis and were on their way. Highly recommend this company.

Serhyi and his team were very professional and got the jobs done in a timely and efficient manner. Tornado pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies that I got quoted for. Serhiy took the time to explain the work step by step and showed you where the problems were and provided several solutions. Serhiy went out of his way to get me the top soil and grass once he and his team finished the exterior drain I would definitely hire again for any future plumbing jobs.

Had a blocked drain in my basement that was on the verge of becoming a disaster. Sergey and his partner came out on the weekend to help even though they were plenty booked. Wasn't an easy snake job, but both guys worked hard to get it done, and explain all the steps and issues along the way.

I was very impressed with their diligence and positive approach to their work. From what I saw, they're not paid enough. I've already got new projects planned to bring them in on.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Appointment for next day and Yuriy the plumber was right on time and knew exactly how to fix the problem. Very pleasant and had helpful suggestions about how to avoid the problem in the future.

The Tornado team did an outstanding job replacing the toilet bowl. They were running late but called to advise of their arrival - good. They removed and installed a two peice system. Removed the old toilet. - great work !
