Reported roof leak 3 days ago, nobody got back to me since
The roof was replaced by the company in June 2018 with a 10 year warranty. Three days ago in the morning I found a large puddle on the floor and a wet ceiling in the kitchen. Called Arthur and left a message. Nobody called back. At noon I called again, spoke to Arthur, sent him the address. Since then, no one called me back or came over. I had to contact my home insurance company as it is an emergency.
On the fourth day, Arthur came over. He found nothing wrong with the roof. Same day a contractor from the insurance company came over and discovered two serious problems. I contacted Arthur. He came over, asked for original invoice for the roof replacement, took it away from me, and said that now I cannot make any claims to the company as I don't have the invoice. I still have his messages on my phone including the last one: "Since that you went with other roofing company to do repair. Your 10 years warranty is automatically will be removed anything happens to your roof we no longer Responsible. Thanks"
