Renewal By Andersen Of Greater Toronto

I approached four window companies. I wanted to buy quality custom windows from a company that made AND installed the windows. I was most impressed by Renewal by Andersen. The sales rep, Russell, brought a sample Fibrex window, measured my windows, saved the measurements and window style information on his iPad, and provided me with a quote by the end of the meeting.
Everyone that I dealt with at Renewal by Andersen was professional, friendly and efficient. Once the contract was signed and deposit given, all relevant documents were e-mailed to me, and Steven, the Project Manager, came to my house to introduce himself to me, answer questions, further explain the process and confirm the measurements. I was kept informed throughout the whole process, and my windows were ready ahead of schedule. On the date of installation, Steven called to advise when the Installation Team would arrive. The Installers worked hard, stepped only on the rubber runners they laid down, cleaned up after themselves, and asked permission when they wanted to use my washroom. They were not on their cellphones all the time like other workers I have hired. They went above and beyond to clean up some broken glass shards. Steven stopped by on both installation days, did a final inspection the day after completion, but, since I wasnt home, he returned again the next day.
I proudly show off new windows and new patio door. THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. The house felt warmer as the windows were being replaced. The cost was higher than the quotes from the other window companies, but, to me, the cost was secondary to now having quality windows, an excellent warranty, and the backing of Renewal by Andersen. I am happy with my decision, and have no hesitation in recommending Renewal by Andersen.
