Moe finish our house in 2 days. Very professional, and friendly. Recommend for anyone who want a great job done.

We needed to remove multiple layers of flooring - tile on mesh, two layers of linoleum and 1/4" ply and old hardwood. Right down to the subfloor. 1000 square feet in all and done in two days. The two guys worked solid!

Needed to trim the concrete walkway to meet city regulations. Moe and his partner did a great job and provided constant update through out the job. Highly recommend Moe for any demo work!

Full Gut of a 4000+ sqft home after a fire prior rebuild. Full cleaning of rafters and joists of insulation. And a full Gut down to bare studs.

As a General contractor the biggest struggle i had was to find a great demolition contractor. Moe from DemoIT came provided me a quote that was slightly higher from others but his professionalism stood out and I knew this guy had what it takes to get the job done. I needed the main floor and the upper floor gutted and the cellulose blown in insulation from the attic removed.the Insulation was removed by a high power vacuum that left no mess or dust and the Job site was left clean each and everyday.I was given an accurate beginning and end date. I'm very happy with the outcome, I'm looking forward to our Futuer business

This my 3rd home renovation and my contractor referred me to Moe. I needed the main floor Gutted and ready to start my renovations.DemoIT was there On time managed to pull all the nails from the ceiling and walls and leaving the job site clean. These guys are awesome

These guys are the best, moe and his crew came by and took down both our chimneys in our attic carefully as it was resting on the joist in a dangerous position. We are very pleased with the work they done I would recommend them to everyone.
