Nikolay's Flooring

Nick and his team did a quick project in my king bedroom. They took off the old hardwood flooring and installed everything in one day! All we had to do was just move the furniture in the morning and move it back before going to sleep. Fast, efficient and great pricing when comparing to other installers in the area.

Nikolay came over to give an estimate and discuss details. We decided to hire him and set up time and date to start. Nikolay started working on our project without any delays. Old laminate floor was removed and disposed. New hardwood and baseboards installed. Nikolay worked non stop with a very small break . Did an excellent job and left the place very clean.
Hardworking person who knows what he is doing. I really like his job and attitude. When it comes to hardwood/laminate installation, Nikolay is the one to be hired.

Nikolai is very responsible contractor. He did hardwood flooring in our house intime and high quality job.

We recently moved to our Newmarket home and had to redo our flooring as it wasn't bearable to live in (the flooring was brand new, however the installation of the previous installer led to squeaky floors through out the entire house). Once we called Nikolay, he quickly came in for an estimate and told us exactly what he would do to fix the issue, what type of material he would suggest, how much this would cost and how long it would take. It took Nikolay and his team only four days to finish the project. We were impressed by the quality of the flooring and his professionalism. We will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family.

Nickolay and his team did hardwood floor in our old house before we sold it ( about 500 sq. f). They did excellent job. The work was done quickly, but highly professional. Everything was very satisfying and over our expectation. House was sold in a week and we still thanks Nickolay for his job. Very hard to find people like he, who comes with understanding and ready to give you a hand with imaging quality.

Our family would like to thank Nicholas for well done job! Flooring was carried out efficiently, honestly and for the good price. Unfortunately, we can't attach the pictures, as the cottage is closed for the winter time

We have used this company for the stairs refinishing and baseboards installation. For stairs,after job was done we have to ask to Nicolay to come back twice because the finish was rough and also warnish wasn't done properly. In a month the warnish almost disappeared from lower stairs, so we end up hiring another contracor to redo the job. But the worst part of the project was baseboard installation.it was done very poor and unprofessional,we could see nail holes and rough connections.our painter refuse to paint the baseboards in this condition , we called Nicolay to fix it , he tried without success and promised to pay back some money because we hire someone else to fix it,but later rudely refused.
The only mistake we made its to hire this contractor ,even now after honest review Nikolay doesn't accept his responsibility by claiming he didn't do this job. So sad...

Fast, clean, extremely professional work, excellent quality. Nick had done few projects in our properties. When we needed it urgently, Nick made it on weekend, found missing materials and got everything done.
