EXCELLENT! We have a HUGE window topped with a half moon window above, over our double doors that was in desperate need of caulking replacement. The window is not just huge, but tricky to access because of the limited porch space for a ladder. I called Sealtight and spoke to the owner, Brandon. He was very pleasant and polite. We needed the job done quick. They were fully booked for the day but were gracious enough to come the next day, on a Saturday morning. He was there on time, organized and got right to work. I was worried about how he could safely place the ladder, but he reassured me it was not a problem. Area was so clean you would never know he was just there. We are soooo happy with his work! Window looks brand new and no more bugs getting in! We highly recommend Sealtight and will definitely be using them again for all future caulking needs. Thank you again Brandongreat job!!

The caulking around our home was visibly cracked and we can definitely feel it in our home whether it was summer or winter. Some rooms in our home even had heavy winds drafting through making it uncomfortable. Found Sealtight online requesting for a quote. To provide an accurate quote, Brandon actually came out to our home during a time that was suitable for both sides and also set a date convenient date. The quote was very reasonable and had no surprises. He arrived on time and with his team and supplies, started early morning, and finished in a few hours leaving no mess and a job well done. Brandon also confirmed that all the caulking was original builder's stuff so none of the previous owners ever did re-caulking. We normally turn the thermostat very high around 24 degrees Celsius or more during the winter but after Brandon's work, we are warm at 23! All rooms are also so much more comfortable to be in now. I contacted Brandon after I was forced to cancel a previous contractor who started caulking my windows and did a deplorable job. They did not remove the existing degraded caulking and they made a mess attempting to caulk around the stone face of my home.
Brandon came to assess the job. He did a thorough and honest evaluation and immediately put me at ease with his explanation of the process.
He was very professional and prompt.
He came on time. He and Ryan worked diligently and removed both the old caulking and the poorly applied new caulking . They did an amazing job and left the perimeter spotless when they were finished.
After they left someone accidentally stepped on patio door caulking before it had dried and messed it up.
I contacted Brandon who promised to return and do the repair. True to his word Ryan arrived a few days later and did the repair. This company is reliable and does exceptional work . It takes a leap of faith to hire contractors today and trust that your hard earned money is being well spent. You won’t be disappointed with the work Brandon and his team provide!

Brandon and Ryan did an excellent job. They arrived on time, explained the process. did a test window to make sure that we were happy with the quality of their work before going ahead. They removed all the old caulking and recaulked the whole house. They even did extra work that was not in our original agreement. They were friendly, polite and they cleaned up beautifully. We would and will recommend them highly.

I am extremely satisfied with Brandon and his team. My windows and door caulking was in horrible shape! In our neighbourhood, I was recommended by our community online who used his services past couple years and were all very satisfied.
I went over to one of the homes he was working on. I asked him to come over and within an hour he came and gave a reasonable quote.
He was over at my home punctually on the day of work. He helped explain the problem of my old caulking and
discussed how he planned to do the job. He did an incredible job and cleaned up after everything was completed.
My neighbour also ended up using his services!

Brandon will sell himself as the best, but the end result is he and his partner have very poor workmanship. They left a mess when they left half finished the job and refused to come back to finish, citing every excuse possible. Last straw was when a leak developed as a result of their work he refused to acknowledge his shoddy work.

I was looking to hire someone to recaulk my windows and doors for my house. Although it's only a 12 year old home, due to the shoddy workmanship of the builder, the house was drafty. My friends had work done by Brandon and Ryan and the quality of workmanship was excellent. I decided to hire his company based on that and I was not dissapointed. They were pleasant to deal with, punctual, fair price and they even went the extra mile to do my porch and some extra stuff that was not in the original estimate. Even though the job was difficult due to the previous workmanship, they did what needed to be done to guarantee the job was done right and looked good as well. I would hire them again and recommend them.

Updating my review from day 1....

What I found was wide caulking all over and later on I found the reason of wide caulking. Brandon and his partner didn't take out the old caulking when I was not out watching them and just caulked over the existing cracked caulking to save in material, effort and material. When I pointed out to him after a few days he told me that he will come and fix it. It's been more than 2 years now in Oct 2020 and he doesn't show up. If you engage him make sure you are supervising him and pay money only when he completes the work 100% bcos once he is gone then he is never coming back.

Brandon takes pride in his job and I am very happy with the job he did in all my doors and windows. No mess nothing. All cleaned up after the job. Very happy with his job and unbeatable price. He used the best material to recaulk. Basement windows and vents were done for free. One window was poorly done and Brandon promised to come and fix it before winter. Still waiting and hopefully Brandon will show up in Spring to fix it.
