We had our 15 year old air conditioner acting up at the beginning of a heat wave and so I called Twintech as they've helped us with a couple of service calls in the past. After a thorough diagnosis, it was recommended that the unit be replaced rather than repaired as there was no guarantee a subsequent issue wouldn't arise thereafter. A Ducane AC was recommended as a solid unit that was also budget friendly, so we went with that.
On install day, the crew was at our home first thing in the morning and got right to work. They did a great job with the install and explained the steps along the way (along with what was not done well with the previous installation and corrections made). Everything was kept clean both outside and inside with mats from the entrance way down to the basement. Installation was done by mid-afternoon and it was such a relief to get the house finally cooled down.
The unit has been working great in the weeks since that time and we're pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend Twintech for any HVAC work and its great to support a local company.
