Brae is a gem he knows exactly which part of your furnace is broken, i am very satisfied with his service, he is a professional. As a customer you always try to bargain with the price, but believe me you might not get the right service with the bargain amount as i am already a victim of that, end up paying $200+ and still ended up having same issues after couple of days.
But Brae is awesome and very reasonable, he is now added into my contact list, he is trustworthy with his service.
Great job Brae much appreciated.
