I found Brae on Kijiji and sent him a text. He was very quick to respond and we booked a service appointment for my furnace for a few days later.

Unfortunately, the issues with my furnace were too severe and the unit needed replacing. As this was an unexpected cost, I was concerned about how I was going to pay. Brae was amazingly understanding toward my situation, never passed judgment and worked with me to make it financially manageable.

In the end, I not only replaced my furnace, but I also had an air conditioning unit installed! Brae's pricing was great, his team was professional and I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

I needed to have my AC mounted to the wall so that I could excavate underneath it. I found Brae's ad on Kijiji. He was quick to respond, more reasonable in price than some of the other responses that I received, and was able to get the job done quickly, so I asked him to come do the work.

Furnace motor went on one of the coldest nights of the season. Contacted Brae from his Kijijij ad and was answered promptly and professionally. Came out immediately, assessed that the furnace motor was gone and was able to source and replace it within an hour. Wow! What great service.
