Once a year thaw Water basement leak

Terry was friendly and had the work done in a quick manner. His rates are very fair and reasonable. I usually get one leak per year when the snow thaws. He fixed my exterior wall . I feel confident at the next thaw that my wet basement will now be nice and dry. He provided a 25 year warranty too!! Thanks Terry for your professionalism and help.
