Direct Waterproofing

Terry and his team were phenomenal on our waterproofing project. Even in the middle of a frigid winter, they worked quickly and with care. Terry carefully explained the stages of the process and options available when we ran into dead-ends: although they couldn't complete the waterproofing beside our garden bed as originally quoted, he committed to come back for the job when we eventually tear it out in the summer; and although they couldn't install the BFV inside the house, he arranged to have it done and inspected outside. He is a problem solver and a dignified professional committed to a long-term relationship with his clients. His patience, attentive listening and clarity made this a smooth first experience for us. We will be calling him back for the next project.
