We recently moved to an older house and discovered water damage beneath our basement stairs. Terry and his crew assessed the problem and repaired the area, adding some internal waterproofing. We also took the opportunity to install a backwater valve. The team was professional and Terry was very friendly and helpful explaining all of the work. He also completed the necessary paperwork so that we got the full rebate from the city ($1250). The next week, Terry offered free use of his camera to help identify an unrelated blockage in our house's drainage system. I highly recommend Terry and the team at Direct Waterproofing.

We just had Direct Waterproofing work on our basement, including interior waterproofing, new drains, and a backflow preventer. Terry was great to work with throughout the whole process. He was very patient with our many questions and walked us through the whole process before starting. He communicated with us regularly while the work was being completed and left the work area tidy at the end of every day. Some plumbing issues came up during construction and he helped us to find a solution. Terry is very hardworking and genuine. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others!

Terry is such a great guy to work with. My basement was flooding when it had heavy rain , He informed me every stage of water proofing, he did such a great job, it is always dry after he did the waterproofing . I'm very happy with his work.. will definitely refer him to my friend if i have chance.

Basement had leaks all over the place during heavy rains. Guys came did an estimate for insulation and pump. Came according to the schedule. Price was amazing!! Did a great job. Very efficient, very polite, and most importantly cleaned after themselves. We are very satisfied!!
