We recently hired Direct Waterproofing to complete an interior waterproofing job. We originally obtained quotes from four waterproofing companies, and could not have been happier with our decision to ultimately go with Direct.

We were looking for a team to fully waterproof our basement this summer and could not be happier with our experience! Terry and his team are professional, patient, and highly skilled. Terry explained every step of the process, and even helped us to resolve an unforeseen issue that was causing a funky smell in our basement. The crew were in and out in 3-4 days, did an amazing job, and left our space in a very tidy condition. To boot, the pricing from Direct Waterproofing was very competitive. Highly recommend this crew and would not hesitate to use them again!

After calling a number of companies and having some visit my house, I knew that Terry and Direct Waterproofing were the right company when I met him. He is professional, thorough, very clear, and transparent about the work needed. He provided a very detailed invoice with photographs of similar jobs that were very helpful for understanding the work to be done. Once he was finished, I received a detailed invoice with photographs of the work that was done. The work was done quickly and efficiently.

This crew was awesome to work with. I set up the work with Terry and the work was performed exactly the way we planned. Actually they had an unforseen timeslot open up and were able to schedule me in for quicker service. They came with several work crews on different days but they really work well together. Big thanks to all these hard working men :Roman, Roman, Dzon, Larry,(sorry I forgot the rest of the names) who dug my property by hand and left the site clean and safe every
evening. They looked after my neighbours' property as well and caused absolutely no problems., even my flowerbeds were left in tact and accessible for me to water as needed. They also determined that I didn't need a sump pump which saved close to $2000. Well done fellas. You have no idea what a relief it is to know that I can rest easy about the basement.

We had water coming in our cold cellar and back addition of our basement. From day one when I met Terry I knew right there and then he was the guy to do the job. He provides details on what they will do as well shows you the work as its coming along its honestly amazing. He is super responsive with emails and is patient to answer all your questions. His team Walter and Thomas are great guys very super friendly and respected my wife time and mine when we worked from home. Terry and his team went above and beyond and fixed our side door as well added extra support to our foundation as it was crumbling. It just goes to show they care about the work they do and I would higher them back again if needed. These guys are 10/10 recommended in my books

I had searched for a waterproofing company for the last few months and many were extremely busy and unaffordable. I contacted Terry who was patient, very relaxed and informative on what he would do. His team of two, (Sergey and Roman) came and worked effectively and efficiently at digging my foundation and properly sealing all defects located in it.
Days prior to the beginning of the project, I asked Terry if his team could dig an additional side of the house, and his response was yes. They also walked me through the addition of a sum pump and installed it with little mess. Throughout the process they updated me with photos and answered all my questions. Terry was professional & knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of our questions. We had them waterproof one side of our house, install weeping tile and install a sump pump in our basement. The crew were well trained & hardworking. We were impressed with the effort that was put in to get through some unexpected large rocks which were in the way.
