We had a flooding issue in our unit, and I was incredibly anxious about which company to go withuntil I found Sam at "Safeway Carpet & Flooring." If you come across this company, you're the luckiest person on Earth. Sam is phenomenal, and the scope of work was massive. Everything in the kitchen, floors, and walls needed to be completely replaced and renovated.

He handled the entire kitchen renovation, taking care of everythingfrom designing the layout, installing cabinets, faucets, and plumbing for the kitchen appliances. The floors turned out absolutely gorgeousfresh, beautiful, and of superior quality. He removed the old floor and replaced it with high-quality vinyl. The walls also needed to be painted and the drywalls replaced, so the scope of work was huge.

I can't believe he completed all of this in less than three weeks with no issues whatsoever. Everything exceeded my expectations, and Im beyond happy with the results. Dont just go to himrun! Hes a true professional, and on top of that, Sam has a great heart. Your house will be in good hands!

Sam answered all my questions, came by with samples and suggested the perfect carpet for the stairs that would be easy to clean and durable. He completed the project in 2 -3 hours.

Sam and the Safeway Flooring Team did an excellent job replacing my floors. My floors look great. The job was a relatively small job, involving a one bedroom condo, but it was clear to me that Safeway prioritized the work regardless. Sam was responsive and detail oriented which enabled me to get the approval I needed from my Condo Board quickly. Safeway had a fast turn around and finished the work one day ahead of schedule. Sam was knowledgeable, patient and professional in his responses to my questions. I highly recommend Safeway Flooring.

We needed to replace worn carpet on the stairs leading to our basement and also tiles in our furnace room.

Sam me with us twice to go over the plan and the carpet selection and personally installed the new carpet. He was very friendly and professional. The new carpet is much better than what we had before and the cost of installation very reasonable. Sam's colleague, Mike, put in the replacement tiles. He was also friendly and professional. We would definitely hire them again.

Safeway was extremely responsive and gave great advice when looking at different flooring options, all on a short timeline as we were in a crunch to do floors before moving in.

When it came to the work, they were extremely efficient and did the entire job, including removal and disposal of old floors, in 2.5 days. Quality of the work was top notch, we were very impressed.

First, Sam is an awesome person, and he makes you feel immediate comfort and trust. I felt he really cared about the project and also making sure we were happy and not spending outside our budget. Second, him and his crew did a beautiful job. The new carpet looks fresh and fluffy and light and really pulled our reno together. Highly recommend.

Sam was quick to respond to my initial request and subsequent follow-up questions. He was professional and courteous, worked to fit my job in and did an excellent job, would definitely recommend.

I had my kitchen floor replaced with vinyl flooring which was glued down to concrete. After 9 months the floor started to lift and you could feel air pockets underneath as you walked on it. I kept on contacting Sam and he kept on saying he would meet me to look over the floor, but he always had excuses such as being sick, on vacation or not answering my phone calls or texts all together.

When I was able to get in touch he mentioned that his warranty was only for 6 months and I was beyond that time frame. I have worked with contractors in the past where things did not go as planned; however, they have always come back to rectify their mistakes.

I am extremely disappointed that Safeway took no accountability for the issue and kept on hiding behind their 6 month warranty. I believe a floor should last longer than 6 months.
