All Safety Roofing

I had my roof replaced by All Safety Roofing in 2017 and then I had to pay $500 to have the roof vent fixed in 2019. Now, the roof vent attached to the two hood ranges are not working again and water from the roof vent is coming through the vent and dripping on the stoves. I have been calling All Safety Roofing and emailing them and nobody answers. What is the use of having a warranty if the company is unreliable?

They did my flat roof of my foyer on august 13, 2019 and it has been leaking so bad whenever it rains even small rains.
Now they simply disappeared
I will call the local police if they keep refusing my calls and text messages.

The roof needed to be totally replaced so we decided that was the best way to add value and curb appeal to the outside. Total happy with the work.

Shingle workmanship fair to decent. Aluminium flashing workmanship poor. Service terrible. Didn’t show up on day project was initially booked. Once started, took twice as long to complete as estimated. Took months to receive warranty paperwork and finish smaller details. Never showed up for multiple appointments booked with them to complete the work. Sales guy talks a good game. Company owner totally unreliable. Would not recommend to friends or neighbors.

On the day the roof was to be done, Shawn (owner) came by and walked me through the roofing process and showed me the material that was to be installed. The team worked efficiently and my roof was done in a day.
