We are looking at renovating our kitchen and we will need to have a wall removed. Emad was very professional during the whole process. He came in for the inspection of the project and then provided us with the engineering drawings required for the permit. Our interactions with him was professional and efficient. He was quick to respond any questions we had. We are looking forward to our new kitchen!

Previous owners of the home did some renovations without any consideration of the structural ramifications. I called Arrow Engineering and Emad was able to come later that same day. He quickly measured the beam spans between supporting posts and with what access we had determine that the supporting posts were not adequate. He provided his suggestions and outlined, in general, the issues with the structure. His report came the a couple of days afterwards and summarized what was discussed.

We are in the middle of a main level renovation and we had a question on if some headers and posts were structural. Emad was very thorough, and gave our project much thought. He was careful to evaluate the home from inside the attic to put on the street (to view the roof line) before making a snap decision. Emad even came out on a Sunday afternoon.
