I went with Tom MacRae Painting after reading various reviews on HomeStars. My home was in need of various touch-ups, trim and door painting, and some cracks needed to be patched and painted. There was also caulking some baseboards around the whole home. Tom quoted me a fair price and the work was started promptly.
The initial quote had to be renegotiated due to the work being more than originally estimated. To be fair to Tom, I can understand how giving me a quote based on various fixes and touch-ups could be difficult (it wasn't as simple as paint X amount of walls and ceilings).
The work was completed and Toms crew were polite and respectuful around the home. A few days later I noticed an area that needed a little more work than it was originally given. Tom was very kind to come out himself on the weekend and redo the area at no additional cost.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the work and would recommend Tom MacRae Painting to friends and family.

Thx Chris for the great review! Your house was a challenge with lots of fixes. We did caulking to finish your basement reno, numerous cracks and bulges, popcorn repairs, trim replacement due to dogs, as well as ceramic tile replacement. It was quite the skills test and made it hard to estimate. Overall, your house is much improved. We already got a referral from your friend.
