Masterclean Contracting And Cleaning

Masterclean was assigned by my insurance company following a negative experience with another contractor.

The project coordinator was friendly and walked me through the process in detail. The work was done in a professional manner and on schedule.

The company went out of its way to facilitate any requests I had. Although I didn’t meet all the people who worked on my condo, I did meet most of them. They were friendly, very approachable and willing to answer any questions.

Masterclean managed to make a stressful time a little easier. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

Masterclean did a very professional job on repairing my house after it had been severely water damaged. Employees treated my things with care and were very nice to deal with, I would recommend to a friend.

At first the connection was not installed properly. We contacted them again and they were prompt to come out and rectify the situation which was good, but it always made me wonder how competent they were in the first place.

Our insurance company called Masterclean Contracting. Masterclean provided amazing customer service, their crew were very courteous and experienced. Our emergency services and resoration repairs were quite involved and effected all three floors of our home. Masterclean did an excellent job of keeping us aware of what the next steps would be and the job was done on time, the construction, clean-up and service was flawless. Masterclean made a difficult time manageable.

Masterclean was hired by our insurance company to clean up and redo our flooded basement. This nightmare took over 6 months to complete. They damaged so many of our personal belongings that were not damaged in the flood, the job was completely sloppy, and they were completely unprofessional. It seemed everytime they went to do one thing, they would damage something in the process. We ended up having to contact a lawyer who advised us to sue them, it was settled out of court, but would not recommend them to anyone.
