Odds On Home Inspections

OddsOn was great. As newlywed first time home buyers, we didn’t really know what to look for to determine quality/issues in an older house. OddsOn uncovered major issues in the house, amounting to well over $40K (retaining wall needing replacement, roof issues needing replacement, Black Mold or “organic species” and likely major moisture problems throughout the house which were disguised with a fresh coat of paint). We are SO glad that we had OddsOn there to show us all of these issues, as the house “looked great” to us. OddsOn work helped us make the decision to not move forward with the purchase of the home. OddsOn was so great that they even stopped the inspection half-way thru as we had decided to not move forward, and adjusted the price of the inspection to reflect us halting the inspection process. I am so genuinely impressed with OddsOb. The detailed report (54 pages) was in my email inbox in 2 hours - how many pages would a full inspection have been?! These guys are thorough. Amazing attention to detail.
