Initial impression is one of professionalism and efficiency. Of course, now we must wait to see if the remedial repair works It will take 7 - 12 weeks. Today it didn't look so great but we were prepared for the various stages by the representative.

Thanks for the review. Yes, the repairs can take anywhere from 1 - 12 weeks to dry, but normally do dry within a few weeks. We do offer a 100% money back warranty on any repairs we can't keep the moisture out of the window as well. Keep us posted and thanks for your business!!
