I consider Taha like family at this point. We had so many unresolved pest issues when we moved into our house which is very close to Lake Ontario. Taha has managed to get all of them under control and we have no doubt if any of them come back he'll help us out in no time. Most recently, he helped rid us of our bedbug infestation, while helping me cope with the anxiety around the situation. We trusted him to take care of the issue while we were out of town and loaned him a key, and we came home to a house that no longer had bedbugs!

Was dealing with a roach infestation when I contacted the 'Contact Pest Control' service a few months ago. Taha and his group heard out the problem in great detail, shared a quick quote, and started off with the treatment. Significant improvements could be immediately seen and now the roaches are gone. After calling Taha @ Contact Pest Control, a complete and thorough inspection of both the inside and outside was performed. A comprehensive plan of treatment and management was presented to me by Taha, in a manner that was both approachable and reassuring.

One thing that was identified is that my new property had extensive opportunities from the exterior for pests to enter the property, due to deterioration around the foundation. Amani came out and completely repaired all potential foundational issues of my property, eliminating possible entry points.

After a 3 month followup, I'm very pleased to say that all of my pest issues are under control. Literally it took 2 minutes to get a response from Taha.... Tarek was at my home the next day.... he looked at my roof and photographed the affected section of the roof where the racoon was getting in.... showed me the photos and put a plan into place right then and there. The racoon trap worked in days.... Tarek was by today to remove the one way door and repaired my roof ensuring no additional visits.
