Stan's team was friendly and very caring to their work. I like the way they built the foundation, there was a slope to it. The framing was very professional built. Alta Homes & garages, they do their very best on and in the garage.It is a very great job of what they did, but most of all I liked the way they did the metal roof.

I had an amazing experience with Alta recently with the construction of our home. They built a detached garage perfectly, just the way we requested it to be built. My family and I really appreciate this company, as they always made sure to cater to our schedule and always met scheduled deadlines, even if this meant working until dark. Every detail of the garage met perfectly with the planned standards and we are extremely satisfied. It was a pleasure working with them, they are all such wonderful people!

My garage was built on October 2015 by Stan and his team at Alta Home Garage & More. Why did I wait this long to post a review? I wanted my review to be inclusive of both pre-and-post build/purchase of my garage.

I am now an owner of a 25' x 23' x 9' detached garage with several upgrades. None of the other "bigger fish" builders could even come close to the cost that I paid for my garage. As a matter of fact, one of the other garage builders stopped communications with me when I mentioned my budget for the same plans.

I wouldn't be honest if I said that the entire process was absolutely perfect. There were some hiccups along the building process but they were addressed effectively and promptly. I am a proponent of open transparent communications and purposeful collaborations. Stan made every effort to ensure that I was happy throughout the process. The entire team, administration and construction, were friendly and professional.

It has been over a year since the completion of the build and my garage is still epic. I am happy with the service and quality of the product. I would highly recommend Stan and his team at Alta Home Garage & More for any of you that value customer service centered approach.

To preface this review, I am not an a-typical client when it comes contractors. I personally have an understanding from application when it comes to construction based projects. So I wasn’t at all ignorant when it came to any stage of the project for building a garage. We initially had another contractor lined up, but his lack of communication made us cut the ties before the project begin.

My first impression when I met Stan from Alta Home was the following; he was prompt, courteous, listened to the details I had and gave some solutions that fit exactly what I wanted.

Communications wise: Absolutely excellent, never had to guess or hunt down to find info if need be. Very open and honest, definitely not what I have experienced from other contractors.

Team: Their team was polite and courteous. Never felt they were a burden and respected all the “life” going on around them. Very nice and respectful from my interactions and my wife and kids felt safe around them.

Project: We had a few unexpected hiccups on the project, but based on my experience. What they requested was more than fair and they worked with me to make sure these extra steps were taken for a better product. My foundation needed a lot more work than what was in project scope. The quality has been very good and even went above an beyond to ensure I was happy overall.

Price: I would say based on my experience with all the quotes… they were in the low-mid range and for all the workers they employ, that was impressive.

Overall: I would HIGHLY recommend Alta Home Garages & More. I am confident in their work and their ability to problem solve as well as delivering an outstanding product.

I had my garage, fence and deck built by Alta Home. They offered the most competitive price-quality quote and I have never regretted working with them. They were very flexible in discussing the projects, and worked strictly according to the confirmed schedule. What is also important, if I wasn’t happy with anything, they were able to fix it in a really reasonable time, as well as when I wanted to change something during the construction process. I recommend this company.

I was looking for garage builders to build 22x22 detached garage. I am extremely happy and satisfied that I went with Alta home. Stan came to do estimate and he was answering all our questions. He explained the whole process and timelines. After discussion with other companies, I was decided to go with Alta home. Stan’s crew is amazing with the quality of work they do and very professional. Stan always makes sure that I am satisfied with the work and whenever I had some concern or suggestion, all were addressed and corrected properly. They finished the project before the proposed date in contract. I am incredibly happy with the quality and service that was provided during the build and I will contact Stan for all my future works. More importantly no hidden costs and payments were issued as per the contract.
